Nice haiku! And I love knowing that panda’s sneeze, too. How could you not say “Gesundheit!”
I was going to suggest using “Gesundheit!” as well, as that’s what I use. It means “healthiness!”, as a wish for the sneezer to overcome whatever is making them sneeze.
